We are happy to say this is a very busy clinic, which means that it is often tricky to get an appointment with short notice. Therefore, we ask that you respect this and give at least 24 hours notice if you cannot make your appointment.  Its not fair on us and its not fair on someone desperate for treatment and sitting on my waiting list.  Failure to do so will result in us charging full payment for your missed appointment. We are self-employed and cannot bear the cost of late cancellations any longer.
