Helping athletes prepare for their big events is what I do everyday. Performance and muscle balance are key to a long enjoyable athletic career. Many active people schedule a regular appointment to keep on top of any niggles and discomforts they pick up along the way. Preventing injury is much better than curing.

I also provide therapy and lead teams of therapists at large competitive events such as the Climbing World Cup and other championship league events. Days like these are very busy and great fun with a massive variety of muscle issues I need to get my hands on quickly.

I currently sponsor Keith Lynch, a paraclimbing amputee who has put so much effort into the Scottish Paraclimbing Club that meets regularly at the EICA:Ratho. Keith puts a lot of effort into his training plan that I keep updated along with regular visits to me at the Muscle and Movement Company.
I published a research paper with Climb Scotland on climbing injuries, specifically Climbers Elbow in June 2013. Having brought awareness to this particular chronic injury, the occurrences of this have massively reduced. I am delighted to say I barely see this injury at the clinic these days.
